Full fare: €30.00 / Reduced fare: €15.00

For pricing purposes, passengers are classified as follows:

  • Infants: children from 0 to 36 months
  • Children: guests aged between 3 and 10 years (reduced fare applies)
  • Adults: passengers aged 11 and over (full fare applies)

Payments are accepted in cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
Tickets can be purchased at ticket offices participating in the “Vieste in Barca” project and at affiliated agencies.

Code of conduct
During stops, we kindly ask you to respect the scheduled times and to board the boat with dry feet to avoid the risk of slipping.

We also invite you to use the designated waste containers, helping us keep the environment clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Responsibility and stop management

The staff is not responsible for lost tickets or for any personal belongings that are forgotten or left unattended. They are also not liable for damage to audiovisual devices or mobile phones caused by contact with seawater.

During stops, it is important to respect the indicated times. In case of delay, the staff cannot guarantee your return. Should this occur, we kindly ask you to promptly contact the staff using the available means.

Personal belongings and onboard arrangement

To ensure safety and comfort during navigation, items that may obstruct visibility during maneuvers or disturb other passengers—such as umbrellas, deck chairs, and similar objects—are not allowed on board.

Backpacks and bags are permitted, provided they are placed under your seat.

Strollers are also allowed on board, preferably folded and not positioned in the aisle. However, the staff reserves the right to assess their boarding for safety reasons.

Clothing and personal safety

We recommend wearing suitable clothing for the excursion, such as hats to protect from the sun and non-slip shoes, to ensure greater comfort and safety.

For your own safety, it is also advisable to avoid wearing bracelets, necklaces, or other accessories that could get caught during any safety procedures.

Pets on board

Dogs on a leash are allowed on board, provided they are equipped with appropriate safety measures and subject to prior approval by our ticket offices.

ORGANIZED GROUPS

Special rates are available and can be tailored based on the number of participants.

REFUNDS

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues, a full refund will be provided.

No refunds will be issued in case of early return for safety reasons due to worsening weather conditions during the tour.

As an alternative to a refund, subject to availability, the tour may be rescheduled to another date.

No other refund requests will be accepted, except in specific cases evaluated at the staff’s discretion (e.g. illness or injury).
